{ couples } This is common with the Slayers community. XD You always see these Gourry+Lina, Amelia+Zel, Lina+Xelloss pairings, but you don't often see many with our TRY antagonist! So I decided to have fun with this concept.. so let's look at the possibilities. Filia + Valgaav Why It Would Work: Filia did seem to show some concern for Valgaav at the end of TRY. Not to mention, but she took the egg of Val at the end there too. Why It Wouldn't Work: If Filia raises Valgaav, I have a feeling that she'd be more of a motherly figure to him than someone he'd be interested in romantically. What Sabiishi Says: This is a common one, and it's probably the only one I could picture actually happening. Lina + Valgaav Why It Would Work: They both love destruction like nothing else. Why It Wouldn't Work: I have a feeling that their destructive personalities would clash. What Sabiishi Says: When was the last time the hero and the villain coupled up? Valgaav + Amelia Why It Would Work: Opposites attract? Why It Wouldn't Work: Valgaav would probably scare Amelia, and Amelia would probably drive him insane with her songs about how life is wonderful. What Sabiishi Says: Now that's just weird. XD Sylphiel + Valgaav Why It Would Work: Because she's innocent and Valgaav USED to be innocent..? Why It Wouldn't Work: Sylphiel is still all hung up on Gourry, she probably wouldn't give Val a second look. What Sabiishi Says: I think that actually would be a kinda cute couple. XD Naga + Valgaav Why It Would Work: They'd have fun wreaking havoc on the world with their psychotic laughing. Why It Wouldn't Work: Their personalities are like night and day. What Sabiishi Says: Now that's just wrong. XP Luna + Valgaav Why It Would Work: They'd get along great with their insane personalities. XD Why It Wouldn't Work: Luna is too busy working. ^_^ What Sabiishi Says: I think it'd be kinda spiffy if they hooked up. HEHE.
