It's Wataru-sama!

Valgaav's Japanese voice actor [seiyuu] is Wataru Takagi [first name, last name]. He does an amazing job playing Valgaav, and Wataru has quite a voice! XD Valgaav's part must not have been easy because there was a lot of yelling and maniacal laughter, plus he does Val's image songs, which are heavy metal. Even more screaming. ^^; Anyway, some of the other roles that Wataru has played are Rubeus from Sailormoon R, Hotsuma from Shin Tenchi Muyo, Genta from Detective Conan and he has done voices for other animé including Dirty Pair, Gundam X and Trigun. He was born in Chiba, Japan on July 25th, 1966. His blood type is A, he was born under the Cancer sign, and his agent is Arts Vision.

Xelloss: Well, yeah.
Valgaav: I don't need to hear reasons why us Ancient Dragons were destroyed. Gaav-sama was the only one who saved me, and I will not forgive you Mazoku who killed him!
Xelloss: Then you don't want to go with us?
